Yinglan Tan (Founding Managing Partner, Insignia Ventures)
2017年末にインシグニア・ベンチャーズ・パートナーズを創業し、マネージング・パートナーを務める。同社は、東南アジアにフォーカスしたアーリーステージからグロースステージのベンチャーキャピタルであり、アジア、ヨーロッパ、北米の政府系ファンド、財団、大学基金、ファミリーオフィスを含む一流の機関投資家からの資本を運用する。ポートフォリオ企業には、Goto (IDX: GOTO)、Appier (TSE: 4180)、Carro、Ajaib、Shipper、Tonik、Flip、Fazz、Aspire、Super、Groww、J&T、その他多くのテクノロジー市場のリーダーが含まれる。インシグニア・ベンチャーズ・パートナーズを設立する前は、セコイア・キャピタルの東南アジアにおける最初の雇用者であり、ベンチャー・パートナーであった。また、シンガポール政府のプロ・エンタープライズ・パネルであるStars – Leaders of the Next Generationの国際理事も務める。その他、Hwa Chong Institution理事、シンガポール国立大学非常勤准教授を歴任。スタンフォード大学、カーネギーメロン大学で学び、ハーバード、ウォートン、ケンブリッジ、オックスフォードでエグゼクティブ・プログラムを修了。
Tan Yinglan founded Insignia Ventures Partners and is the Founding Managing Partner. Insignia Ventures Partners is a Southeast Asian early-to-growth stage venture capital firm that debuted in 2017 and manages capital from premier institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, foundations, university endowments and renowned family offices from Asia, Europe and North America. Portfolio companies include Goto (IDX: GOTO), Appier (TSE: 4180), Carro, Ajaib, Shipper, Tonik, Flip, Fazz, Aspire, Super, Groww, J&T and many other technology market leaders. Prior to founding Insignia Ventures Partners, Yinglan was Sequoia Capital’s first hire and Venture Partner in Southeast Asia. He also serves on the International Board of Stars – Leaders of the Next Generation, the Singapore Government’s Pro Enterprise Panel. He is also a Board Member at Hwa Chong Institution and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. Yinglan was educated at Stanford and Carnegie Mellon and completed executive programs at Harvard, Wharton, Cambridge and Oxford.


林佑樹 (Director Investment, Vertex Growth Fund
2023年にVertex Growthに入社。日本のグロースステージ未上場企業のソーシング・DD・投資実行・投資後モニタリングまでを一貫して担当。以前はUTECのプリンシパルとして、ITセクターの12社を担当（5社社外取締役、1社監査役を含む）。東京大学大学院卒、CFA協会認定証券アナリスト
Yuki joined the Vertex Growth team in January 2023.　Prior to joining Vertex, Yuki was a Principal & Data Scientist at UTEC – the University of Tokyo Edge Capital, one of Japan’s largest deep-tech VC firms. He was engaged in seed/early-stage startup investments in Japan and the UK, joining 5 startup companies as a board member, 1 startup as an auditor, and 8 (cumulative) companies as a board observer, and supporting portfolio companies’ finance, corporate strategies, operation, sales, and marketing activities. Yuki also led the internal data science project using alternative data (academic data, IP data, macroeconomic data, and so on) to streamline the sourcing activity. While he was doing his bachelor’s degree, he also worked for a Japanese ad-tech startup as a data scientist.
Yuki graduated from the University of Tokyo with a Master of Engineering in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechano-informatics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder.


Steven Vanada, Advisor Vertex Ventures SEA&India
2023年にコンサルタントとしてVertex Ventures SEA & Indiaに参加。2019年に自身で設立したインドネシアのシードファンドを運営しながら、Vertex Venturesの日本のスタートアップへの投資に焦点を当てる。インドネシアでの12年以上にわたるベンチャー投資の経験を持ち、6つExitを達成、その中には東南アジア市場の2つのユニコーンも含まれる。シードファンドを立ち上げ以前は、2011年から2019年までサイバーエージェントキャピタル・インドネシアでエグゼクティブディレクターを務めた。2010年にワシントン大学を卒業し、ビジネスアドミニストレーションの学士号をファイナンス専攻で取得。
Steven joins Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India as a consultant on investments in Japanese startups in 2023 while managing his own seed VC fund, which he established back in 2019. Steven has over 12 years of venture investing experience in Indonesia, with a track record of 6 successful exits, including 2 unicorns in the South East Asian market. Prior to starting his fund, he was an Executive Director at CyberAgent Capital Indonesia from 2011 to 2019.
Steven graduated from the University of Washington in 2010 with a bachelor of arts in Business Administration degree with a major in Finance.

Rege Nephro is a biotech startup who has iPSC-based platform technology focusing on kidney diseases. Rege Nephro is developing an ADPKD therapeutics (RN-014; Phase II) discovered through iPSC drug discovery and a cell therapy for chronic kidney disease using iPS cell-derived nephron progenitor cells (RN-032; pre-clinical).
